Mule deer herd at left on the north side of Marsh Hill, Memaloose area of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.........March 2, 2016. The photo at right shows mule deer at Rowena Dell between Memaloose and the Tom McCall Nature Preserve.........March 31, 2016. Both sets of deer could well be hybrids with black-tailed deer.
